I didn't have time to look at that, or do anything about it, because I was making a screen shot (which I hope I can add below). Underneath the checkbox is the text: "Applying default option in 22" with blue text to its right saying "Stop Timer". Near the bottom-right corner, under "Options" (with a drop-down box set automatically to "Allow always") is a checkbox labeled "Do not notify me again". unless Norton wants me to tell them outside this forum). It's a little-used program (a browser I'd rather not mention the name in case there's some zero-day exploit for it.
